Visual storyteller Tim Jackson combines photography, film, design and sound to convey tales of life, personalities and adventures.
Commercial photographer and filmmaker Tim Jackson has over 35 years of experience in creating images that work. His photography work has appeared in numerous publications over the last three decades, including Rolling Stone, People Magazine and Sports Illustrated. Tim did a run as a Photo Editor for SKI Magazine and worked as a ringside photographer for the WWE. In 2012, he was the director and chief cinematographer for a feature-length documentary on high school wrestling in Iowa. WireImage, Ananda Media & Getty Images continue to represent Tim’s images and film worldwide. Currently, he produces video content for the University of Tennessee and their innovative on-line learning platform. He holds an MFA in Film Production (’13) and a BA in Photography (‘91).
SIDE PROJECT: 1963 Shasta Compact
In the Spring of 2018, Tim purchased and restored a vintage 1963 Shasta Compact camper. The project combined restoration, design, DIY and a lot of great music Festivals and weekend adventures.
